Gajendra (Murali Dhar) rules over the village with dread and fear for the residents. No one may enter or leave the community without his authority. For over two decades, he has instilled terror and promoted his criminal actions. Everyone feels awful about living in such a miserable situation, but no one dares to oppose Gajendra and his rule.
One courageous journalist penetrates the community to discover its secret reality. Gajendra’s brother discovers his presence and murders him immediately. As the journalist does not return home, his daughter, Nisha (Sanisha Bhattarai), becomes concerned and begins looking for him. As Nisha receives the final call from 12 Gaun, she begins to prepare to investigate the location.
