Kalo Pothi Movie Story

Mugu sought advancements in humankind’s progress and independence during the 2001 Maoist civil conflict. The Maoists urged students and villagers to join them in their quest for greater prosperity, with the goal of eliminating social injustice and establishing justice for everyone. Falling for Maoists’ kind words, Prakash’s sister, Bijuli, leaves school to enlist in the Maoist army. Prakash let go of her sister because, as a child, he was unable to discern between good and wrong.

Prakash has developed a stronger bond with all of the hens in his family since he has spent more time with them since he was a little child. But, his father sells all the chickens when the government wants to purchase them at good rates. Knowing that he is depressed. But his sister Bijuli gives him a white hen, which he names after the stunning actress, Karishma. He would take care of his pet companion, Karishma, whenever he had free time.

Afterward, Prakash would discuss everything with Kiran, his best buddy. They both look after the hen well. They even devise a scheme to sell the eggs and profit handsomely from it. But one day, Tenzing from Kimri village purchases the hen from Prakash’s father. Prakash and his pal are deeply troubled and saddened by this. Prakash and Kiran set out on a new mission to find their lost hen as a result.

In the film Kalo Pothi, Khadka Raj Nepali (Prakash), a leading kid artist, did a fantastic job. While playing a member of a lower caste, Khadka Raj is shown to have the deepest affection and respect for everyone, especially his loved ones. His affection for pets and his role in fostering a close bond with his friend Kiran make him a charming and admirable person. Your laughter will be heightened by Khadka Raj’s dramatic performance, which also takes you on an intriguing hen-finding adventure. Good effort!

The picture features Sukra Raj Rokaya (Kiran) as the elite-class child artist. He has no restrictions when it comes to making acquaintances, even if he belongs to a higher social level. In the film, he plays a charming character who has a lovely friendship. He never fails to be there for his best friend when they need him. What a lovely character, and he did a really amazing job portraying it. Tears surge in the eyes of the audience for his sacrifice and contribution to friendship. Wonderful performance!

Benisha Hamal (Ujeli) is seen as a village teacher and Kiran’s elder sister. She has tried her best to represent the role that has been assigned to her. She appears stunning as a youthful and endearing figure. She instills morality and high ethics in her students as a teacher. She also has incredibly heartbreaking romance scenes with Praween Khatiwada. Benisha gave a noteworthy performance in the Kalo Pothi movie overall. Good work!

Bipin Karki (Jit Bahadur) is considered a lower caste person who does support the work of the elite and entertains the villagers by playing them movies on projectors. He is seen consuming alcohol most of the time in the film, and his minor interactions with the rural people are notable. Mr. Karki has done a fine job. Well done!

Direction & Story Telling

Min Bahadur Bham, the director of the film Kalo Pothi, made a movie that is utterly fascinating and eye-pleasing in every part of the narrative. The film’s plotline and script are excellent, created beautifully by Min Bahadur Bham, Sujit Bidari, and Abinash Bikram Shah. One of the film’s strongest points is its cinematography, which was masterfully captivated by Aziz Zhambakiev. Kalo Pothi is a pure jewel that is rarely made in a decade, in our viewpoint. What a movie. It was incredible. The motion picture Kalo Pothi is highly recommended.
