Khusma Movie Cast & Performance
Diraj Magar plays the lead character Gami in the film Khusma. Gami is a kind individual who values his family and performs domestic chores carefully. After graduating from high school, he supports his family by performing domestic tasks and animal husbandry in the countryside. When he meets his lifelong love, Khusma, he begins to fall for her and makes her his number one priority. He triumphs over a number of challenges in his life as he prepares to marry his love.
Dhiraj Magar has selected a character that is unique from his past roles in the film. His presence in the film makes the character appear good and honest, with a youthful and dynamic demeanor. Dhiraj has done his best to elevate the role, but his emotions and body language require a bit more to create a compelling figure. As a child, his terrifyingly empathetic character presentation causes spectators to cry. Overall, his performance might be considered a respectable effort.
Upasana Singh played the female character Khusma in the film. She is a cheerful and attractive character with captivating beauty. As a gorgeous lady in the village, a lot of guys admire her attractiveness and approach her for marriage, but she refuses everyone. She simply falls in love with Gami and wishes to marry him. Her emotional flare causes the viewers to cry in the film. Her language and reactions keep the audience involved in the film’s flow. Overall, she gives an excellent performance in the film Khusma.
Direction Story Telling
Ashok Thapa Magar wrote and directed the film Khusma. As part of the narrative, the filmmaker attempted to create distinct and intriguing love dramas for Nepalese audiences. Mr. Magar relates the tale of the Maoist development period, during which Nepalese people fought to live a tranquil existence. Despite having a great plot, the film lacks a compelling, thrilling screenplay. Furthermore, the viewer’s eyes are irritated by the numerous dissolving effects used to sync the movie scenes. The film is very long in terms of storytelling, with several redundant chapters that seem forced into the theater.
The movie has good cinematography captured by cinematographer Deepak Bajracharya. The pristine landscapes and the Magar community look astonishing in the cinema frame. The costume designer, Janaki Kadayat, has beautifully arranged the dress code and uniform to resonate with the community living in Khusma village. The song ‘Rukum Maikot’ captures the heart of the audience in the cinema hall.
